My husband and I, would like to open up a small buisness within the next couple of years and we were wondering what the licenses and other procedures are for opening one up.

Slow to set up. Biggest problem is with getting your website listed on the web. So many big businesses are saturating the web the little guy is really at a loss from the start
Dont be fooled by anyone that will make you pay to start up a business. They are scams.
Prepare to devote hours and hours of work and make little money

Start out on ebay There is a huge learning curve to anything outside of there.

Metatags, seo etc...

Its possible but hard.

After 2 years we are finally starting to bring in a very minimal profit. Dont count on retirement thats for sure
