I do know the solution. Anyone should be able to sole this problem if had studied elementary Algebra. But it is captious.
EYE: 63, the SUM, IS IN FUTURE TIME. Current ages -THE ANSWER- must not sum 63! It's obvious

first answer- FAILED . If I 25
you 12,5.....when i had the age you have, yours would be ZERO.
2nd answer: i, 27
you 18.... FAILED.........BECAUSE..."when I had the age you have now" that is: 18, you had 9, and 27 IS NOT two times 9. (...I have twice age you had when i had age you have....)
Third answer: CORRECT!
Fourth answer: fails -see above 2nd answer comments.

You are now 28 and I am 21.
1. Let say, that a few years ago you were 'x' years old and I was 'y' years old.
2. In the present time, you have twice the age I had when you were my current age. That means that now I'm 'x' years old and you are '2y' years old.
3. In the future, when I have the age you now have, our ages will sum 63. That means, that then I will be '2y' years old and you will be '63-2y' years old. Or, put in other words, you'll be the age you have now, plus the difference of ages between you and me ('2y+(x-y')). In paragraph n°1 you can see that the difference between our ages is 'x-y', because you are older than me.
Therefore, solving the equation system, you are now 28 years old and I'm 21 years old.
That's it!!! :P

Let m=my age
Let y=your age
then m-y is the difference in our ages
We need to add or subtract that difference in ages to set up the relationships for the two different time periods given in the relationships. When I was m-y younger (your age now), so were you.
Now we can write the first relationship
m=2(y-(m-y)) This says that my age now is twice what your age was m-y years ago. Simplifying, we get:
m=2(y-m+y)
m=2(2y-m)
m=4y-2m
m+2m=4y-2m+2m
3m=4y
3m-4y=4y-4y
3m-4y=0 (Equation 1)
The second relationship says that when you are my age, m-y years older than now, I will also be that much older and the sum of our ages then will be 63.
m+(m-y)+y+(m-y)=63 Let's simplify:
m+m-y-y+m-y=63
3m-y=63 (Equation2)
3m-4y=0 (Eq 1)
3m- y=63 (Eq 2)
-3m+4y=0 Multiply Eq 1 by neg 1
3m- y=63
Add the equations together:
3y=63 Then solve for y:
y=21 Substitute this into either equation and solve for m.
3m=4y
3m=4(21)
3m=84
m=28
My age is 28, your age is 21.
m-y=28-21
m-y=7 This is the difference in our ages.
Seven years ago, when I was 21, you were 14. My current age of 28 is twice that age.
Seven years from now, when you are 28, I will be 35. The sum of those ages, 28+35=63.
Both relationships are true for the ages of 28 years and 21 years.

a = your age now
b = my age now
1. b = 2(a - (b-a))
b = 4a - 2b
2. a = 3/4 b
---------------------------
a + (b - a) + b + (b - a) = 63
3b - a = 63
from 2. a = 3/4 b
3b - 3/4 b = 63
2 1/4 b = 63
b = 63 x 4/9
b = 28
a = 3/4(28)
a = 21
you are 28 I am 21 (don't I wish) when you were
21 I was 14 1/2 your present age.
when I am 28 you will be 35 and the sum of our
ages will be 28 + 35 = 63

draw yourself a model it'll be much easier.
the current age of 'I' is 27. and 'You' is 18.
let X be YOUR CURRENT AGE.
let Y be MY CURRENT AGE.
when my age is YOUR AGE NOW, my age is X and the age of you will be X/2. which means I'm X/2 years older than you. (different between age don't change, it'll forever be X/2).
when YOUR CURRENT AGE is X, Y is X/2 more than X, which means Y = X+X/2.
when you have the age of i have NOW, my age is still X/2 more than you, which means i will be Y+X/2 old also means that, X+X/2+X/2 old. so at when your age is my current age, the sum of our age will be Y+Y+X/2=63 which also means 2(X+X/2)+X/2=63.
3.5X = 63. X = 18.
YOUR CURRENT AGE is 18 (as X refers to your current age).
Y = X+X/2, Y =18+9 = 27.
MY CURRENT AGE is 27.
it'll be much better if you draw a bar diagram to visualize this, everything will be much clearer.
hope it helped!:)

x = "your age" now
y = "my age" now
x+(y-x) + y+(y-x) = 63
x = 2(x-(y-x)) = 4x-2y
3y - x = 63
2y - 3x = 0
6y - 2x = 126
-6y + 9x = 0
7x = 126
x = 18
3y = 81
y = 27
18+9+27+9 = 63
18 = 2(18-9)
