we speak and see each other everyday, I stay over in his place many times, he always calls me sweet names like "doll" "bird"; but he is uncapable of telling me he likes me, or compromise. I know all his friends, we've met each other families and countries; but some how I feel insecure with him. I dont know where I stand. He is always making jokes, that he wants to sleep with other women, that he doesnt like me, but then I know its not true. Or is it? Im so confused...
He helps me a lot with my work, im setting up a company and he is the one who make sit go, he always takes me to his friends dinners etc, but he doesn't face that Im his girlfriend, well not to me!
He is normally very very cold, almost no touching and no kissing(very english) the only way he shows he cares for me is calling me "dolly"etc... cooking for me, and helping me with my job.
And I love him dearly... Appart from all this weird attitudes he is very special.
Can you help me please?

He is telling you that he is not in a relationship with you, and you still stay around. Very English, that is a bunch of crap. I am English descent and my entire family are very loving and caring with lots of hugging and kissing. He may be gay, if you have not had sex by this time, and you are his cover (the old term would be beard.) I would get him away from my company, if I were you, he may be hanging around long enough till the money rolls in and then goodbye! Have you slept together, or is he with others the jokes may be his cover of the truth. You need to get away from this man, something is not right with this whole picture. If I were with a man who refused to treat me as if we were in a relationship, I would be running in the other direction. Something is not right here....good luck.

I have no idea what is so special about this guy... he will not make a commitment to you or even admit that he has a relationship with you , tells you he would like other women, is not warm or affectionate to you..and all of this is after 2 years of time??? now what would you say to a friend that described their relationship to you and it sounded like that? well I'm going to say it to you..... get out! he is wasting your time , and being passive - aggressive to you... this guy is leading you on - it will not get any better!he has issues that you cannot fix..do you really want to spend you life on unrequited love? that is what this is... he is being more of a pal with benefits to you more than anything else... and those jokes about sleeping with other women, are not jokes... they are cruel statements , but most likely there is truth to them... he wants you kept at arms length.... this man does not love you... and may not even be capable of showing love and warmth... at least not to you... i understand u luv him lotz n wants the same. But u've not mentioned ur age, if ur really comfortable with him,stay with him unless n untill ur sure of his feelings towards u.
On the other hand,keep tabs on his personal life without his knowledge{gotta be clever dear at times!!}.He calls u dolly,bird etc. Its vry condesending.Maybe he thinks ur not matured enough! Or maybe he likes callin u that,cant really say!...
Maybe e might be trying to make u feel,that he is not easy to get.
Dress sexy,behave confident, dont always make urself available to him,at times behave busy....still show ur tenderness,at the same time behave as if u dont care.Show that u can live without anybody, guys feel insecure too sweeety{lotz}....
If he is not touching u, just accidently brush urself but let him not know its deliberate, but never have sex untill he is committed to u.Mind it!
If u feel, he is interested, u make the first move n propose. If he agrees, good.If not,dont throw urself on him, He is just not worth u sweetz. Let the search go on...
Never let ur personal life interfere ur offical work,if he is helping u in ur work,let him.Make use of his knowledge.Never try to act goody goody in office, be serious n let him get the signal u mean only work in office. He might like it.

The impression that I am getting is that your man has been hurt before and is being very cautious. The thing is you are not "his little secret", both families and friends are aware that he is dating you and so on. Now it's your turn to speak up (maybe you already have) and let him know how you feel. Ask him if he sees a future with you etc. Tell him you want to know so that you are not wasting each others time.
The thing is, he has/or is proving his love for you by the wonderful things that he is doing for you. Which is great. So go ahead and let him know how you feel.

he doesnt want the commitment of a girlfriend. u are someone he likes and he gets him some when he needs it why buy the cow. you seem to have lost perspective of the situation at some point in time.
get a real boyfriend who cares enough to not deny your existance. also just cause u think there is a relationship it takes two people

You have to decide what YOU want out of the relationship, then talk to him and find out exactly where you stand with him, if he doesn't want a commitment then you have to decide if you can deal with that, if not then you need to walk away and find someone who can be what you need.
