You know people who do everything they can to look hot and get laid and party. They give it up without any bitterness?

I have a couple of those in my family and they are still very beautiful, but totally neurotic about their appearance!
No surgery and no, they didn't try to keep up the party scene...not after their 50's at least, but you sure never see them without their makeup and hair done! lol

I would think once the mirror start lying to them, they would find something else to obsess over .. clothing, jewelry, etc. In addition, you may find some getting plastic surgery. Then there are others that will be in denial.

some of them are in denial at that point and still go on partying and trying to pick up younger people, i am sure you have seen them...some opt for plastic surgery....some get bitter and continue to drink, sans getting laid, and some just age gracefully, actually those ones look the best to me, lol.

They end up looking like Joan Rivers or Michael Jackson...hehehehe

Maybe become manic depressives and consider suicide. Or constant plastic surgery. Michael Jackson is a prime example.
