Well I know when I was 15 because of my height, people thought I was in my 20's. At 15 I was 6'4". Where I know my friend Margarita had her first child at 21 and the doctor thought she was 12. When I met her at 30, I thought she was about 20. So yea, it is quite possible.

They sure can! For example my sister and I are 4 years apart and when i was 16/17 and she was 20/21 every one always thought i was the older one and she the younger.
This is because i am taller and bigger in size and she is very petite! It is easy to look older then you are!

Your friend's wrong. My boyfriend is 22, and he does look 16. (Lucky me!!). Before that I dated a 16 year old, and I thought he was about 21 or so.
