I hate this female junior colleague of mine, whenever i see her, i feel really sick. i dont like to talk to her, i don want to join gaterhing if she is going, i dont want to have anything to do with help!! Why? I dont know exactly the reasons.....if i know i think i dont have such problems :( could be......maybe she knows that i m the only one who know many ugly things of hers at work, eg very bad working attitude, dishonesty, and careless at work, disappearing for doing her make-up, touch-up etc. As such she might be afraid or me or simply disliking me so always show me a "smelly" face. Honestly, I am very much affected by such a person, i grow to dislike her attitude to me too so her presence really make me feel sick. Why do i have such feeling toward her n how not to feel this way ?

There must be something that made you don't like her and I believe you know it yourself. Human beings always have this thinking, once we dislike someone whatever they do, we found it irrating or digusting and we don't see any good points in their behaviour.All of us here in this world will always remember the bad things that others have do but we always forget that sometimes we are also doing the sqame thing. Everybody is the same so I can understand why you feel this way. Maybe we should look it from a diiferent view then we will be happier in life. Instead of looking at your colleague bad behaviour, why don't you see if there is any good behaviour that she had but you haven't found out yet.
But you must have the patience to do it coz it is a 180 degree change in treatment to her. So take a look on your colleague attitude from a different views.

Don't bother doing anything. It only takes time for your boss to realise what a lazy bum she really is. It also doesn't mean that if you don't like a person, you can't work with her. Stay professional and shelve your personal emotions aside, work is after all just work. You can work well with a person, but that doesn't mean you have to be best buddies after work. Gaining an extra 'aquaintance' is no harm whereas gaining an extra foe will cause you much harm at work. Besides, you'll never know when you'll need her help. Younger people are quite IT savvy and she might be of help in future.

You can't be happy for hating someone, especially someone you need to see almost every working day. Everyone have their own behaviour, so long it's not hurting anyone, just leave them alone if you can't accept their behaviour. Think from her prospective, maybe she also hate you as you do as you have been interfere into her affair?

Me too me too i oso have this kind of "junior colleague" in my office. I really bauy tahan her like to act innocent act cute when we have meeting....... but my manager like her a lot ley....

I HAVE THE SAME FEELING, TOWARDS THREE OF MY CO-WORKERS, AND AS OF RIGHT KNOW I SEEK OTHER EMPLOYMENT, BUT TIL THEN I VOLUNTEERED, TO WORK OVERNIGHT SO I WON'T BREATHE THE SAME AIR THAT THEY ARE.
THEY MAKE ME SO SICK, THAT IF THEIR TEETH WERE ON FIRE, I WOULDN'T PISS ON THEIR MOUTH TO PUT IT OUT

bad junior people in offices are something i faced as well,.
i actually lost my job thanks to their scheming and conniving ways. so i feel for u.
the only thing i can say is keep your chin up, and watch your back!
