You were in family court and your daughter was the reason he gave the order. He is not liable for anything. I know it hurts but that is true. You are the parent and you were not able to control your daughter so why blame this man? Now if this was in criminal court things would have been different. This man does not seam incapable to impregnate a child so he needs to have the SSI taken away. You parents of the girls this has happened to need to band together and get a good attorney. But get ready to accept some of the blame for not being in control of your 15 year old daughter. If you did not want her to get text messages then you should have taken her phone away. Good luck.
