What's the name of the song/singer for this music video?

Hi this has been bugging me for a very very long time... i saw this music video in Vietnam on channel V and i can't remember who it's by... it's a music video where a jewelry store is being robbed by men in masks and most of it is the singer lying on the ground singing to this woman... and in the end he ends up shot dead....

thanks guys but no it's not hoobastank ... it's only one guy singing and he's got a weird name... in the hoobastank video no one dies and there are no guns involved
