I mean, why did they use 3 holes binders, with 3 holes fillers? Since when did this come into effect? Where in the world is the three holes used also? Is it a majority or minority practice?

Because our binders have three rings. If we had two holes in the paper, we'd have to tear a third one to fit into a binder.

i have both. i like the 3 best. it just secures the papers and stablizes them better. way less stress on the paper holes.
