If you were married in the US, it makes to sense to file for divorce there. But, it could be expensive, as solicitors there don't come cheap.
If you were married in India, plan a visit to India and file for divorce. In both cases, if you can prove the "cheating", you have a strong case.
If you have a child, and try to bring the child to India without your husband's knowledge, he might file for a case of kidnapping the child against you that might affect the chances of getting a smooth settlement.
In any case, you need a lawyer, and she needs all the information from you.

Well if you are married in India and not the US there isnt anything we can do for you here. If yuo were married in the US than you can get an attorney, and file for divorce. Just know that as as a wife you are entittled to half of what you have with him. Yuo can request the house, and if you can show proof of him cheating you can request that he pay you alimony for up to 5 years.
Now if you are Indian getting a divorce could be worse than getting cheated on. You need to think about how your family will take this, many young women seek divorce after arranged amrriages, or after their husbands cheat, however alot of familys are against divorce.
I think you need to think about whats best and safest for you. If yuo want a divorce its your right as a women to get it.

Are you from the country of INDIA, or are you a Native American?
You can seek a divorce on the grounds of adultary, however in most states here in the US, there is really no need to PROVE it.
I am unfamiliar with what type of anser you are seeking, if you give more detail such as answering the question I have asked I can be of more service to you.

Go to a lawyer and get a divorce. In almost all states you don't even need a reason. It's called no fault so you can get divorced just because you want to. But if you are in New York you need documentation. Just look around your area for a lawyer that offers free consultation and make an appointment to discuss your issues.

In many states, you need state no grounds for divorce other than to claim mutual incompatibility. These grounds are not contestable, so if you want a divorce, you get one.

First of all please tell the answering community that how many husbands you have.
You can seek legal support if you have one.
If you have many then seeking legal support would be illegal and illogical for people like you wherever you reside.
