Explore appointments published in Leading News Papers published from Singapore and Australia. You will be able to asses the same at Australian High Commission and Singapore Embassy. You may also post your RESUME with leading placement agencies, as already suggested above.
In the mean while apply for Permanent Residency Visa with Australian High Commission at New Delhi.

If u want to get job in Singapore just wait for another 4 months from 2007 the Singapore immgration becomes leninet to allow foreigners to come and search for jobs with long visa validity.

Just apply to the companies, if you pass the interview, its HR department will advise you application or in the case of employment pass, will settle the application for you.
