You have to check an empheris for the year, date and time of your birth or get a chart done. The astrology link on IVillage provides free charts.
If you are a Libra you will not have any Virgo traits unless you have planets or your ascendant in Virgo.
If you are a 29 degree Virgo, you will experience Libra traits because you progressed into Libra by your second birthday. You should read up on progressions if you are a late degree Virgo.

Me too- I was born on September 23rd too!! It sucks because that day is the cusp, thats when virgo changes into a libra so technically we're both, but I'm sure one out weighs the other in your personality. Happy Early Birthday! = )

Even i was born on 23rd September 1990 and always had to face that conflict but after endless researching and making charts i came up on this conclusion that i am a Libra(sun sign) according to western astrology but am a Virgo(sun sign) according to Eastern astrology.

Could be either depending on time and place (time zone E/W of Greenwich) of birth and if you were born in a leap year or not. Most leap year births would be a Libra and most births after 12PM PDT (4AM GDT) in a normal year as well.
