My system administrator blocked the access to some site, I wan to use them I know that it can be used by using proxy servers but how do I use these proxy servers ? (most of them show only IP Address how do I use this ).......................... thanks ...............................................

This depends on the server and security type, so until u post more information about ur systems, OS, security, its a bit difficult to say anything.

OR

give ur administrator some goodies, booze him/her and then ask him/her for permission.
