I know because my ex-boyfriend had his penis pointing up an mine didn't, it points to the front. Maybe it has something to do with uncut (my ex-boyfriend's) or cut (mine) penises...

Depends on the guy. Probably how strong the muscles are that help pull it into position. Some guys also go right or left.

Some could simply have fuller erections. Another possibility is a sort of "enlargement" surgery, that makes the penis hang more by snipping a certain tendon, yet leaves erections pointing somewhat unnaturally.

I haven't spent time making those observations, but I suspect it might be due to the length, age, thickness, etc. I am curious how you determined this astute observation...gyms, bars, washrooms?
