It could just be stress related, but it could also be a numerous other things as well if the pain persist or anything else shows up i would go to the doctor.

May be she is having digestion problems,,and she might be having constipation,,, its better to check with a Dr,,

She should see a doctor. She may have a stomach ulcer or other stomach problems.

I think she should go see a doctor.Your stomach is not a organ to be messing around with.Soon as you can try and find one.good luck.
