Im not a guy but it has happened to me it could be that he is trying to see how bad it is going to be without you before he goes to see of he should dump you or try the long distance thing or just hanging w/his buds you know a mans friends are feeling abandon too don't rag on him to much it will push him away and the time you do spend w him make it good for both of you even if you do break ip you will have good memories

No not yet he's just preparing to move on with his life. Deep down he knows that the long distance relationship really sucks so basically he's saying it's over.

Not sure if its another girl but it sounds like he wants to break up so that he can date and do whatever he wants to. He is moving to Vegas.......loaded with girls. I would move on if I was you.
