If you had the unprotected sex within the last 72 gours (3 days) and dont want to get pregnant perhaps the morning after pill is worth considering. Contrary to popular belief the morning after pill will NOT harm an already fertilised egg or embryo, It will however, stop you from ovulating so the sperm can not fertilise the egg. Its only effective within 72 hours though, and its not reccomended as a perminant contraceptive solution, so you need to discuss with your partner and a doctor a suitable method of protection for the long term.

more than likely you are not pregnant.....
but dont rule it out yet.
remember this feeling that your feeling right now....
how scared you are, and worried.....and you should be because your not even through with school or old enough to get married and settle down with a child and a husband. so remember this feeling and this scaryness....and next time your stupid enough to have unprotected sex without using a condom and putting yourself at risk to catch very common sexually transmitted diseases...along with getting pregnant.......maybe you will think a little longer about this next time before you do it....maybe next time you will be more mature about it, and stop living in the passion of the moment long enough to think about the consiquences...because if your pregnant now, its a little too late.....so think about it next time your feeling horny and ready to have sex unprotected.....your too young and unable to take care of a baby by yourself....and more than likely the guy you lost your virginity to doesnt want a baby at his age, he doesnt want to be a father....that would mean he would have to be responsible and raise a family and pay for everything and get a real job and buy a house.....and thats not an easy thing to do. so THINK ABOUT THIS AND REMEMBER IT. you should have been more careful and you wouldnt be scared like this. im sorry im sounding so mean, but its the cold hard truth about the matter. you should have kept your virginity at the age of 16. i hope this guy loves you sweetie, and i also hope that he made it "special" for you....otherwise youll regret it once you wake up from this make believe young lust/love trip. and eventually youll probably "outgrow" this guy and go on to sleep with another one.....
just use a condom every time, and if your going to keep having sex like this, get on the pill too. but be careful and use a condom or you could catch a sexually transmitted disease.

Yes it's possible to get pregnant this way. If it's been less than 3 days since your sexual encounter, take plan b the emergancy contraceptive. If it's been more than 3 days, good luck! To avoid pregnancy in the future, use condoms or get on hormonal birth control. If you are worried about sti's, talk to your doctor or a doctor at planned parenthood or a local sexual health clinic and in the future use condoms.

Sperm can live inside your body for 72 hours. While right after your period, you aren't as fertile as other times, it could still happen. Use protection, and then you won't have to worry about this. If he refuses, than he's not the guy you should be with.

Get on Birth Control. Since you're so young you can probably get it free from the local clinic. I would go with the pill though. I was on Ortho Evra (the patch) and not only am I now 13 weeks pregnant but it had an awful reaction with my skin! Don't be silly, wrap up his willy!

well i've never heard of you getting pregnant the day after your period cuz when you have your period it is cleaning out the old egg and preparing your body to ovulate again..usually you ovulate one week after your period ends...but if i were you i would refrain from having sex you already have a lot on your plate...like finishing school, friends, your parents, just regular life you dont need to add a boyfriend in there too....just hang out with him and if he really likes you then he will wait til the both of you are older...take care and god bless

yes you can get pregnant your first time, but most likely you are not. Want until next month if you do not have a period buy a pregnacy kit and take it. But please from now on have protected sex, and always remember the way you feel now because it only take one time to get pregnant.

it is never 100% safe to have sex and NOT get pregnant so i suggest calm down and deal with it in a few weeks when u know for sure...dont get too worked up, chances are u're getting stressed for nothing!
