I get my information from search engines, dictionary.com, and wikipedia. After watching a small segment of the Travel channel. I realized that I got more information from that program than I otherwise could've from my sources on the internet. The internet is supposed to be the information superhighway. Where's all of the real information and knowledge between different cultures?

The Travel Channel program was about special ins and outs of Tokyo. It was about secret backhouses, and where the cutting edge technology comes out at. Places of high commerce and things of that nature. It wasn't normal bookwork. I wondered why I never see any of that type of information in a website. Question details state that I already know of Search Engines and Wikipedia.

try asking ur self first - who posts information on the web?? people like u and me buddy.
and secondly - how much have u contributed to the information on the web??? have u ever updated any of the topics on Wikipedia??
I hope u do understand that people are becoming more selfish, they just want information out of it, noone wants to share what they can anymore!!
And let me tell u something, I know a little how the Television channels get information or leads on something new..... they surf the net. It's just the matter of how u search and what, web has everything in it, if u can't find something it's just because there are different versions of a single story.... 'cause different people have different views... u need to collate & scruitnize the information and decide which ones are usefull.

Since anyone can create a web site, you do have to be careful about trusting the information you find. For critical information the best source is you local library. Librarians are trained to look to authoritative information. They can be of tremendous help

if you get traffic to your site, search engines will index your webiste, and also it will take your keywords and give importance to your keyword. so traffic is the most important thing in internet,
there are two things:
1) one is traffic
1) second is quality traffic
am talking about a website which has a 500 arround alexa traffic rank, and about 6/10 google's page rank.
get a free back link from this site, get a lot of free traffic, in this site you get free credits, and with that you get free traffic.
everything is free, http://www.trafficswarm.com/go.cgi?53747...
just get some easy traffic, also first 50 credits will activate you account, and then you will get your 100 free credits, then on you get free credits, with that you get free traffic.
Source(s):
get a disclaimer, privacy policy, terms and conditions, site maps, etc, these helps rankings,
also http://www.harmu.com for paid quality traffic, advertise on time basis, not on cost of clicks,

Pick your favorite search engine. It should be able to find anything or take you anywhere you want to go.
Have fun but be safe!
It is all out there! You have to make an effort to look for it!
Have fun but be safe!
