i.e. in a controlled experiment:
where someone does one IQ test not stoned on pot, and then does another IQ test while stoned on pot, to see if there's any difference.

if so, what is the difference? is the marijuana-influenced score higher or lower, on average?

There are a series of studies on the effects of marijuana on IQ. They have concentrated on examining long term effects on IQ. They tend to indicate that heavy usage when younger will adversely effect IQ at later stages in life.
(Drug studies can sometimes show up surprising results. Looking at factors which caused drug usage, one study concluded "Users tended to have high IQs and low anxiety." though only for hallucinogenic drug users. )
I wasn't able to discover any clinical studies such as described above. There is a simple reason for this, its bloody obvious. If you have ever spent time with a user, you'll know that they may be an Einstein during the day but while using they have the IQ of a tulip.

I used to smoke a ton. And my IQ is still 135.

All I know is that the area I score least on is memory. Everything else is in really high range. Memory is just one standard deviation or so above average range. It sux.

I would guess you would score less while stoned. If you even make it to the centre. I would end up getting there late, or not at all!!!

I know there are studies to prove that persistant marijuana use causes slowed brain activity, which, by all logic, would lead me to assume that it would cause lower IQ scores. I don't know of any specific studies on IQ tests though, so I couldn't say for sure.

I doubt that your IQ would register normal if you took the test while impaired by or under the influence of drugs...

Robin Williams has a great answer to this in his stand up situation comedy.
