I am a big cry baby. I cry at movies that most other people don't and some songs make me cry, but about a week before I start my period, oh my gosh watch out...... I cry at the drop of a hat. I get so embarrassed about being so sensitive and I feel silly, but I've always been like that. I guess it means that we are sad or we just have a heart. I'm not sad very often but I do cry alot, I laugh alot too, so I have no clue what our problem is.

Yes. But if it happens too often, it could be a sign of Depression.
