The cervix, which is inside the vagina, starts to dialate around the time of delivery and your baby is born, it lives in the uterus in a bubble of amniotic fluid and when the water breaks and your cervix dialates you will start to deliver your baby, then the placenta which is the life line support for your baby

Your baby will come out from your vagina. Unless you opt for a C-section.

it comes out of your vagina unless you can't push your baby out. then you'll have a c-section.

the baby comes out of your vagina or they make an incision,cut, in your stomach above your pubic boneand pull it out and sew you up.
