Awww poor thing!!! I think you should stay away from her. Girls get like that at your age (which i assume your around 13-18). There is a lot of rivalry when girls grow up.
Abby sounds like the type of person who might be jelous of you in some way of another (believe me it happens a lot). Maybe you are prettier than her (at least in her mind you are) or better than her in some way that she feels insecure from. But i think you shouldnt hang around with anyone thats like that, it will only lead to your downfall and its not good. You might want to tell your parents about this, so they can have a talk with your teachers, i know this sounds very unappealing, but believe me, its very important, it helps a lot, you dont need this in your life, specially not at this stage.
Another thing, simply ignore whatever she says. Trust me thats the best reaction you can give. Cos the other person thrives on the reaction.
But please, do yourself a favour, tell your parents about this, tell your teacher about this. This is serious, and can affect your confidence in the very future. I am speaking from experience.

We often times wish that people were different, but we can't change people or the way they react toward us. If you just accept Abby for who she is, you'll find that you will be a lot happier. And besides, we can either make our life go smoothly or roughly. It is often our attitude and the courtesy we extend to those around us that determines how we go through this world. When you interact with others, treat them as you would like to be treated and such awareness will cause you to be accepted better by other people and of course you will be all the more happier as well. And yes, this means your enemies too.
It may help to understand that perhaps Abby has problems at home or some other emotional problems that cause her to be mean to you and maybe your not the only one who she is mean too. Understanding this may help you to look at her differently and help you to overlook her undesirable personality traits.
Anyway God bless and I hope you find some encouragement from this post.

Be strong and ignore her. Be stronger than her if she keeps on pestering you, even after you ignored her. You should not associate with this kind of people who only hav e negative thoughts for you. Keep yourself surrounded by the people you love.

If she's mean to you that her problem , you have nothing to do with it. Just ask her what's her problem is. She probably won't hear you. You have to make her stop! Tell her that she'll stay like that forever mean gringe and ugly., if she continues bothering you.

She is jealous of some quality you possess. Remind yourself of that when she is mean to you. Try to befriend her.
