It sure does, imagine a big thing coming out from a small hole.. Similar to your man penetrating u i think.. Not pain??
But the doctor will give u pain-killer if u feel too pain and unable undure the pain, then u will feel much better (heard it from a friend). But your reward is a wonderful baby who has blood relationshop with u, it worths!
It is said that "The sweetest thing comes after greatest pain."

Yes, but doctors and nurses will be all around you, helping you make it through painlessly!!

But, Not, if the baby does not face down when you are due, or you have pregnancy complications in which case doctors will num your belly, do C-section and take out the baby out. That might be a painless experience.

The joy of birth and it's experience is more than the pains. Sorry I am not a women, but that's what I read and hear all the time.

So cheer up for someone's new life!

You should not worry about the final stage, rather worry about taking a good care of yourself and the baby till the last stage. If you drink or smoke, this is the time to sacrifice all that for your baby's good health.

Ok, from all your questions you have asked either your drunk or way to young to be having SEX much less HAVING A BABY! If you "have" a baby that means its in your arms, and you can hold it. SO you would already know if it hurts and when it comes out! If you are "having" a baby I suggest talking to your mom, your dad, your boyfriend and your boyfriends parents! Someone needs to get you some HELP and fast! You need to go see a gynacologist ASAP! or go to Planned Parenthood or some family clinic that can help u for free and confidential!

It all varies with different people. Some people who are "small" in that area, it will hurt more. There are things like Epidurals that help ease the pain. For me, contractions felt like menstrual cramps, only increased by about 100. I had an epidural so I don't know what exactly it felt like when the baby came out.

Try pulling your top lip up over you head that will give you an indication of what it feels like to give birth.
