This year I gave my boyfriend a digital camera, and it's proved a real hit. He's joined a photography club and has his own website for his photos and is planning to start making postcards to sell, so it's really the only present I've ever given which has changed someone's life before.

My husband is a big Detroit Red Wings fan, but at the time we met, he’d never been to a game. So, I took to a game for his birthday.
