We got a payday loan, and the girl thought he was someone that had come in recently and already had one owing. She said he had the same first and last name, and looked somewhat like my husband, but the other information is different, like age, address, and she knew they were different people. Then, we got pulled over while coming home from our trip this weekend. He checked out ok, but apparently, there is a warrant for arrest out on someone with the same name as him. This was twice in 3 days he was mistaken for someone with the same name and similar looks... Freaky? Should i be worried about mistaking this other man for my husband and bringing him home with me one day? HAHA(joking). But seriously, what do you think about these coincidences?

I hope you are not in for some big trouble. Mistaken identity has caused more than one person big headaches. I would do a little checking around and see if you can thwart off any future problems. Check your credit report to make sure this person's information isn't crossed with yours. Maybe your husband can start using his middle initial to distinguish him from that OTHER GUY.

Identity theft has been a issue all over the word. You have 3 options. Either your husband looks like some one else. Could be family. A twin/ or brother. His identity could be stolen or he is making trouble for himself/

Happened to me before. Got kissed and hugged in front of my wife by a total stranger who took me for someone she thought she knew - had the same name as me! Could never proof my innocence. - that incident was a BIG test to my marriage!

You are paranoid and need to get a grip on yourself. Obviously you have some major suppressed issues with your husband and feel uncomfortable with something in his past. Confront him! Ask him to come clean with you. Trust your instincts rather than wasting your time asking anonymous randoms their opinions!

I have heard of five other people that have the same first and last name as me. i guess it depends on if it is a common name or not. i do not know if any of them looked similar to me. i have only seen one of them and he was a lot heavier weight than me.
