Part of the lyrics had to do with using a razor to shave his face because "I look better without it".

The chorus had something to with "singing the same song with a _____ chorus". There was also a break somewhere with a lot of scales sung and played. I heard it on 9/16 at around 6:00pm on 103.1 indie radio here in LA, and it sounded like a live acoustic performance if that helps at all.

Sorry that it's really vague, but I was driving a friend home and didn't get to catch all of it. Very interested to listen to it again though.

THANK YOU! I found the song on my first search with letssingit.com (Butch Walker - "Ladies and Gentleman... 'The Let's-Go-Out-Tonights!"). However, I'm really interested in perhaps finding a recording of the acoustic performance that I heard on the radio, not the CD version (though it's pretty good as well). Anyone know a good place to start looking for it?

If you go to http://www.yes.com/lookup.php?s=KDLE/KDLD there is a way to look up the songs that have been played over the past 24 hours. I can't find the specific song that you're looking for, but you may have better luck!

I think it's Roberta Flack "Killing Me Softly With His Song".
