I saw part of this movie when I was a kid, and I've been trying to find it ever since.

Okay, it wasn't a 'chariot' but a stagecoach that was covered with old wood but was gold underneath. I think Clint Eastwood was in it, but I was a little kid at the time.

Hmmm. I thought I have seen every Clint Eastwood western known in the universe, but do not recall any golden chariot in any of them. Either you have mistaken it for another movie or my memory is shot worse than I thought (which I wont rule out now).

I can't remember a golden chariot in any Clint Eastwood movie either. The closest I can think of is Ben Hur with Charlton Heston. Sorry.
