If they were 'created'...no, unless 'god' used a stick for a centre point of the body, then yes and it would have been an innie.

Theoretically no they would not have belly buttons. As belly buttons are left over from the umbilical cord adam and eve would not have had them. Though it does bring into mind the question of what adam would have blow a rasberry on if he was tickling eve.

The first homo sapiens to evolve did have belly buttons, because they evolved from species that had belly button. The belly button predates the human being, evolutionarily speaking, by quite a bit, I think. I mean, chimpanzees have belly buttons. So any common ancestors that we have with the chimpanzee also had a belly button.

I'm ignoring the Adam and Eve part, by the way, because they are fictional characters. Just FYI.

Adam and Eve are mythical beings. So, no belly button.

Neither had a belly button.......... :-) A Creation Understanding

OR both had a belly :-) Evolution of the human over time.

I would say either one under God's grace. My personal belief would be evolution under God's providence.

I think in most paintings they do have a belly button. That is a good question! I had never given it any thought.

I don't think so, If you're going with they were created by God, you assume they weren't born, therefore no umbilical cords, no belly buttons.

That's a strange question. I'd assume not since the navel is the scar from the umbilical cord.
