When you are sick,do you use mainly pharmaceuticals or do you use natural remedies to cure yourself??

here's the solution, if you are sick like about to die sick I need to take meds, but if im just sick and have the courage to tough out the sickness then, tough out the sickness without taking medicine.

Depends what you call sick.
If you are talking about the common cold I try and take the over the counter stuff just for my symptoms. Not the ones that can cure everything from toe fungus to ear infection. that way you are not taking medications that you have no symptoms for.

well it all really depends on what you have . like for a cold i eat oranges, liquid soupd just broth(chicken broth is best). for the flu i eat saltine crakers.liquid soupd .no noodles . dont eat or drink any dairy products.no junk food. very little salt foods.drink nothing but alot of water and orange juice or apple juice..7up helps sometimes most of the time this stuff helps.

i use an herbal thing called airborne, you can get it at the pharmacy, you take it every 4 hours from the second you start to feel you're getting a cold/sorethroat/flu and it works so well. reliably, because of this stuff, i haven't gotten sick even though my body tried to, on many occasions.

If i was really sick and needed help I would go to a real doctor and get real medicine.
If I was not really sick I would go to a witch doctor and get some herbal crap to amuse me until my problem went away by itself.

You can make your body not to be sick. For over last 6 years I have not taken any pharmceutical.
