First I cuss, then I cry. Any favorite shirt will have been from someplace far away and expensive to visit or have memories of a special someone.
Then I take it to a very close friend and have her decorate it with a colorful stitch pattern that somewhat matches the shirt. She has an awesome machine that can duplicate ANYTHING you want.

Depends on where the hole is ... either still wear it, fix it or make it into a cute tweetie rag!

Pick out a fabric that you like and patch the hole up. That's what I do. You can even make the patch a heart or a star so it looks like it should be there.

I once saw a guy wearing a shirt that he bought with holes in it. They were just little holes, though. I thought he pounded it with a meat pulverizer!

I guess it would depend on how old you are. If your young, keep wearing it. If your older, dust the furniture with it. :) Older people can't pull off wearing clothing with holes in it. The young people can make it look fashionable, the older people make it look poor.

Make a matching hole on the other side and turn it into a fashion statement, of course :-)

I keep wearing it, even if it's just in the house. I hate giving up my favorite things, even to holes and stains, lol.

Dangit! I hate when that happens. I'd try to go out and buy the same one if it's still around. Otherwise, I'd just wear it at home.
