On the left side, you have one less Ag than on the right
On the left sied you have one more O than you do on the left

You should be able to find the masses of Ag and O and see the difference is between there two masses! Good luck!~_~

Solve using the ratio of atomic masses for 2Ag and S, and forget the extraneous info.
