First of all, PLEASE do not lose weight. I bet your weight is just fine the way you are. To do ANY kind of modeling, you must be at least 5'7". If you are any shorter, agencies will not accept you. Petite models are very rare, and even if they are in an ad, they have qualities that make them unique and/or filled all the other requirements and beyond. But not only do they look at height but also your weight, your size, your eye shape, nose size, hair quality, everything. Also, a good facial structure is a must. Long and rounder faces do not photograph as well as angular faces, so they are looking for that. Just because you are pretty does not mean you will be able to be a commercial model.
