I cannot answer this question except to say - it must be pretty hot in Texas right now so anyone from Texas could be hot. I'm not into cowboys though.

I used to go to a club in Texas years ago (don't want to think about how many years), and the cowboys were hotter than a sidewalk on the 4th of July in Houston. OMG they were gorgeous! And could they ever dance! Man, you make me miss the good old days, lol.

If you are talking about men then yes. If you are talking about the Dallas Cowboys, then no. I don't like them.

Not all of them are hot. Many of them are scrawny. Some are missing teeth.
Most of them, hot or not, are sexy as hell when they get dirty. The sweaty ones that smell of Old Spice and horse sh*t are my favorite.
The one in the picture, to be sure, is absolutely smokin' freakin' hot. Thanks for the eye candy. Yum. I repeat, yum.
