i want to get a hebrew prayer running down my neck and spine for my parents who are both parents deceased. i'm 19 and i'm itching to get one but i want to get something meaningfull and not too big or long. any suggestions on what it should say?

Why Hebrew? Is it some underlying meaning or just a prayer from the book of Hebrews in the bible... maybe the bible would be a good place to start. The tattoo is there forever and you want it to be meaningful- so depends on why you are getting it... for your parents or a reminder of your parents for yourself? there is a lot to be thought out- don't give in to the anxiety until you know for sure what you would like... this is coming from experience.

I would suggest visiting a hebrew church if there's one in your area and having a talk to the Rabbi there.
