Sorry, if you delete your Yahoo mail it is gone forever. Impossible to retrieve.
If you happen to recall the sender, ask them to resend you the email. As this is the only way you will get to read/save the deleted email.
Set yourself up a folder with a name that you desire to use and move the emails that you want to save into the folder you set up in Yahoo.

If it rather is in trouble-free terms despatched to the trash can, then you somewhat can regain it. yet whilst it rather is deleted completely then it rather is not any way you could retrieve it lower back. in step with risk you could ask the guy to type it lower back for you? and ensure you dont delete it.
