i had unprotected sex on a friday and that thursday after i had a period. can i still be pregnant.

It is unlikely but it is possible, many women have been known to have their periods throughout the entire pregnancy. If it's only been a week it will be to early to pick it up on a home pregnancy test as the hormones will not be at strong enough levels. Considering the fact that you have had a period I don't think you would be pregnant but if you want peace of mind give it another week or so and do a home pregnancy test.

You can usually only get pregnant about 14 days after you period started. That is called ovulation. So if you had you period the following Thursday then you are most likely not pregnant. If you are nervous about the issue then I would suggest that you get yourself a home pregnancy test just to be on the safe side and to clear up any worry you might have. Good luck to you

you can still be pregnant even if youve had a period after having unprotected sex. i would buy a home pregnancy test and check all the same
p.s. while you are there buy some condoms...pregnancy should be the least of your worries when having unprotected sex

Yes you could be. It is unlikely, but still possible. Use protection if you do not want to be a mom!
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

It is a possibility but highly unlikely. Was it a normal period or spotty. If normal your probably OK. See a doctor and if your thinking of doing this again anytime soon, get on the pill.

Look down. Is there a baby hanging out of you? Then, yes, you're pregnant. Get out of the high school girls bathroom and go to the hospital.

theres always the possibilty to get pregnant anytime you have unprotected test... test in 2 weeks or goto the dr and get a blood test done.

yes you can it happened to me three times i even got my period once or twice in the beginning of my pregnancy

Just to be sure, get a pregnancy test, we can't tell you, you must find that out by yourself, and a pregnancy test.
