I have a lower abdominal pain......................?

I get extremely............as in REALLY horny some nights and I dont masturbate.. This happens only at night....and I dont know if that's an orgasm or not...But the prob is that I have this lower abdominal pain when i wake up in the morning...The pain is like Period cramps.....

Definitly not an orgasm. Maybe acid reflux that you only notice while laying down.
