Talk to your doctor about the pain as soon as possible.

As for food, usually you can eat your normal diet. Make sure you eat healthy. Your doctor will probably prescribe prenatal vitamins (that's pretty normal). But talk to your doctor too about your diet. Weight gain is usually a big concern. Ice cream is ok to eat while pregnant.

You can pretty much do your normal activities. You probably won't be able to run well or much as you get larger with the pregnancy.

Take care of yourself and you'll have a healthy baby. Babies are always cute. They will be happy if you are a happy and loving parent.

First happy wishes on your baby! You can eat pretty much anything you want, except for some soft cheeses like Feta or Brie, and raw fish dishes like cerveche or sushi, or raw meat dishes like steak tar tar. These can all contain bacteria which are harmful. You should find an OB doctor soon. They will give you a list of foods to avoid. Also, no alcohol! Alcohol is very bad for the baby. Mild aches and cramping are normal in the first few months. To have a happy baby, just be happy about the baby! Send your baby good thoughts. Take care.

Hi Fen, when people know you have baby, they will give you lots of advice. including:

- What to eat: eat more healthy foods, take more green vege, drink more tonic soup (dun wait till confinement then start doing good for your body), you can eat some durian on an empty stomach.. very good nutrients tat is.. and drink warm water if possible

- What not to eat: avoid very sweet stuff, cold stuff like ice cream, cold drinks and avoid cooling stuff like pineapple and coconut in the first few months

- What to do: read more books about developing your baby, keep yourself happy cos if you are happy so will your baby..

WHat not to do: do not stretch out or up, do not run, do not wear heels, do not let pple pat you hard on your shoulder.. all these are bad for baby and may cause miscarriage

THose are the things that I did.. To inspire you a little, you can go to my son's blog to check out his cute pictures:

Try to eat bland foods without a lot of seasonings so that your stomach won't hurt. Lots of soda crackers at first. Ice cream is fine.

Take your pregnancy vitamins, drink lots of water.

Don't worry. Worrying creates nervous, cranky, crying babies. Practice being a happy, healthy mom, and you will have a happy, healthy baby. Don't run or fall down; you can walk fast.

Enjoy your pregnancy and learn to knit so you can make some booties or a hat for your little baby. Be happy.

The most important thing is try to be calm.Everything will be OK.You need to ask doctor what a pregnant mother have to eat and have to avoid. You can also get a lot of information by reading books that related to pregnancy.Or you can surf in internet.I'm sure you will find a lot of useful informations. How to have a cute baby?Actually it depend...genetic...Cute or not the baby it is not so important. He is your baby..you have to accept..the baby come from your own flesh.Actually having a baby is enjoyable moment ..you won't have time to think he is cute or not...What you want is the best for the baby...Happiness for the baby..

im sorry, your question is hard to answer because its hard to understand your writing. you have poor english and writing skills. i would work on that if i were you.

other than that, congratulations on your new pregnancy!
you can eat whatever you would like to eat. i would buy a pregnancy book to explain this new adventure of being a pregnant mother , and what to expect during this pregnancy. also ask your mother for advice.
also you should go to the doctor and ask the doctor about a proper diet plan for you now that you are eating for two. and tell your doctor about your aches and pains and explain where you hurt and what you think causes this.
you should also not pick up on heavy stuff, no heavy lifting on anything that weighs over 20 pounds. you should ask your doctor all these questions though, or buy a book to help explain some of these things as well.

stay away from fish with too much mercury like swordfish, king mackeral, etc. tuna is fine as long as it's light tuna. the rest has large amounts of mercury. you can have a can or two at the max a week. no more though. and salmon is safe also in moderate amounts. ice cream is really good for you right now. talk to your doctor, but basically whatever you get down the first couple months really doesn't matter as long as you're eating something and it doesn't have toxins such as mercury in it. I had horrible morning sickness. my doctor said it doesn't matter what it is, the baby will take from your nutrients anyway. take your prenatals. congrats and good luck!

you can eat mostly anything the doctor should let you know. nothing with raw eggs, raw fish and i heard deli meat but i ate it with i was pregnant. pain is normal i was afraid i was going to lose my baby because of the small amount of cramping that i was having too. but if is really painful go to the doctor. but the most important thing is to see your doctor on a regular bases. good luck and enjoy the little one.

No alcohol.
You can eat ice cream. You need lots of calcium, like milk. Take multi-vitamins, and see the doctor, pronto!
