There was a simple "Tommy's Coming" advertisement that popped up on the backstop during the Yankee/Red Sox game this evening. It was simply red with white font. The only Tommy I could think of was Tommy Vercetti from Grand Theft Auto Vice City. There's a Vice City Stories game coming October 31. Could it have been an advertisement for the game? I can't think of any other famous Tommy's (besides Tommy Lee, Tommy Lee Jones, and Tommy Chong, but what would any of them have going on?)

Liberty City stories- Vice City is coming out in November, so I would assume that's what it is.
I hope it's better that the first LC stories- Rockstar didn't really put much effort into it, even when they ported it to the PS2.

This could be the start of a viral marketing campaign - teaser ads that do not reveal the product are meant to get everyone excited so that the eventual identification of the product has maximum impact.
