i believe it was an issue of maxim i picked up but it had a woman sitting with her back to the camera but she was turning slightly so you could see her breast. The background is yellow.
I need to know which issue this is because there is a crazy story in it about a guy chopping a part of his body off. LOL

Are you talking about the one segment where they were talking about the different mental disorders? I think there was also a story in there about how some guy sees one leg huge and the other leg a stick and was afraid that if he puts pressure on that leg, it'll snap (that disorder was called Alice in Wonderland Syndrome). Are we talking about the same issue here? Get back to me if it is, I got about five years worth of maxims that I can look it up for you.
Chopping off balls? I'm not familiar with that one then. Why don't you go to their website? I'm pretty sure the article's there.
