Dear fellow you can be sure of virginity only after the first night. Normally people ask suggestions but what rules in that room is totally different. Simply be there with a loving heart and proceed as per the desires of your bride. Afterall it is not a one way process. I can only say: Be natural. Do not go for the kill right away

Give her some wine to help her relax. Kiss her alot and give her a shoulder rub. Also - mood lighting will help her alot. Don't have bright lights on or pitch black. Go in the jacuzzi in your honey moon suite - that will be relaxing too. Maybe she will be just as excited as you to have sex.
