To keep it simple: romeo and juliette both killed themselves over losing each other, right?

Today, some people will do ANYTHING to get their boyfriend/girlfriend back, even things that hurt themselves. Love makes people do crazy stuff! Romeo and juliet didn't think they could live without each other. People say things like that today: "I can't live without him!" People kill themselves by killing their self-respect--like girls begging guys who are acting like **** to them to be their boyfriends again. Does that make sense? Think about soap operas and t.v. shows and pop songs. It's all over the place!

Love and romance never goes out of style. :)

Romeo and Juliet are two teenagers in love and thier parents dont want them to be together because their families are feuding and have been for a really long time.

Sure there are couples who love each other and cant be together for some reason or another. Race, religion, upbringing... there are lots of factors...
I think Shakespeare's plays are still relevant to todays society, sure.
