I am experiencing lower abdominal pain mostly on the right, but also sometimes on the left and in the middle of my lower abdominal pelvic region. I have been tested for all STDs (all were negative), not experiencing nausea, vomiting, or bleeding. This pain has continued for about 3 months but recently became stronger. My insides feel heavy and burn...I would really appreciate input, three doctors have told me to wait it out, and I just cant any more ~Thank you

Go see another gynecologist. You could have a bladder infection, kidney infection, unrinary tract infection, or you could be pregnant. I had some of those same abdominal pains when I found that I was almost 4 months pregnant with my first son.

Endometriosis or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Find Dr. number 4, possibly a female, and be persistent like you have been. You deserve treatment for your illness.

sounds like urinary tract infection to me. I had that exact pain and when I called the doc for appt. they said the earliest I could get one was like 2 months away- damn idiots! Well, I suffered with the miserable pain and when my appt. date came up, it was all gone so I just cancelled it. It never came back. Hope yours goes away as well. Good luck

Might be appendicitis or hyperacidity. Seek for another doctor's advice before it's too late. Tell him/her that the pain comes for three months already.

Try taking Prilosec OTC.....Your syptoms sound just like mine did, and the Prilosec took care of it after 2 or 3 days.

Worrying about what's causing your pain is only making matters worse. Again, Prilosec should fix it.

Get checked for Interstial Cystitis.
Many doctors miss this phenomenon.

you need to get scanned or x-rayed to determine the cause of your pain.... any heaviness and burning could be due to an ulcer or even a tumor....the quicker they find it the better your chances of being cured.....go and talk to your doctor....
