Why don't you try and make your life more exciting? Sitting around day dreaming isn't going to help. Plan something you and your husband can do after the kids are asleep.

That's indeed the largest part of it. Why no friends? You have kids; what do you do whilst they're in school all day? There must be some sort of parent/teacher organization that you could meet with to see how you could help. Is there no women's group at your church? Are there no volunteer organizations in your community that could use as little as a couple hours a week of your time? Those're good places to meet other women in your situation, to network with them on ways to keep from going batty all alone with the kids. A sewing guild? Some of those things you can even take an infant to, letting it snooze in its carrier beside your chair whilst you interact with the other mothers. Love, the only thing keeping you from getting out and about on occasion is your own inaction. Just don't go rushing to the door naked and offering your booty to the letter carrier in order to relieve that boredom!

Because he's not meeting your basic need, somehow you have one or two needs that you keep a secret from him. I wouldn't not tell, or you might open a Pandora's box. Sometimes its best to just deal wit it in your own way, i do the same. For a support group that exchange ideas on this matter, email me at yoursecretguy2002@yahoo.com, we discuss this all the time.
A lot of spouses play mind games and the ones that suffers are the other half.

I think we all go thru that on occasion, just as long as it doesn't control you. We are all human and all have fantasies that don't neccesarily involve the one we truly love. Maybe you two need to have a "date" night where the kids stay with someone and you revert back to when things were fresh and new. Spice things up a little. It is probably just that you are in too much of a routine. It happens to the best of us.
