Evil moneymaking mechanical/industrial businesses. It's all about making a bigger profit year after year rather than quality of product/service in most cases. Smaller businesses put more emphasis on the customers, or at least used to when they existed.

I have the same opinion of most large corporations that fire hydrants have of most dogs. And for most of the same reasons ☺
