Yes, Grossman has a better arsenal of receivers than Culpepper does. Right now Cadillac is dealing with back spasms and is not 100% and there is no time period of him getting back to 100% So, Westbrook would be the better of the two since he is more healthier.

Rex was a freak of nature at Florida(much better than Leak) and I have been waiting to see if he would mature into a quality pro quarterback. It seems he has and I look for big things from him and the Bears. Westbrook and Caddy are neck and neck in my book.

I wouldn't say the long run but for right now yes! Cadillac will get it going soon once Simms start winning some games.
