and all they do is go to a Honky Tonk bar and ride the mechanical bull? I watched parts of it here and there and would like to see the whole thing.

Unmistakably,positively, undeniably, you can bet your money on, it was Urban Cowboy. The honky tonk bar is Gilley's, once (don't know if still is) referred to as the largest nightclub in the Guiness book of world records. Sissy was played by Debra Winger. The movie made her a star. Travolta and Winger were perfectly cast, good chemistry there! It is a very entertaining and worthwhile and fun to watch if you ever get a chance to watch the whole thing. It doesn't disappoint.
They get married right around the beginning of the movie and get married at the bar. You can bet your cowboy boots on that!

The movie was Urban Cowboy. They were not married, they just lived together, until they split up, then they got back together and were married.
