everything sound cute but the boots! maybe some slides/flip flops or sneakers. not knee high boots

The rise of the T shirt neck often determines if you need a necklace and whether there is ornamentation for example sparkly trim don't wear a necklace, high neck doesn't need a necklace. low neckline does need a necklace. Bracelets are never required/ it is your preference. I would not wear the boots unless it was cold or at least cool weather/ warmer weather I'd opt for cute little sandal type heels to show a little leg.

ya it'll look really cute just make sure that the demin is dark like the one in the picture or it won't look good with the black boots. ya gold earring will match coz the t-shirt is brown so it'll go with that. don't add any other accessories except for a cool black handbag.
