most of the time i forget my lunch but i go get some @ school and he doesnt believe me....he thinks i dont eat breakfast or dinner of lunch BUT I DO!! well maybe i should just start not forgetting my lunch....i also have been losing weight bcuz i have been working out a lot and i know i am not fat and i dont need to puke up my food or not eat....i do not need to lose any weight only gross ppl do that stuff!! lol

I used to be like that until now..be patient and not working out too much..just 2/3 time a week..if you and active person u can do that..but you still studying and school try eat food regulary in moderate quantities..eat in front of him and try to be fit and healthy! Your Dad should trust what you tell him. If you tell him you eat at school, he should believe you. I am wondering how old you are. Obviously even if you take a lunch from home there's no way to prove you ate it and didn't dump it or give it away. It sounds like you may be too thin as he is worrying and you are losing weight. Make sure that your body weight is healthy for you - I'd be worried too if my daughter lost a lot. It is hard growing up these days, but I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are. Get in that lunch lineup :)

Maybe you could make a daily log of what you eat throughout the day. You don't say how old you are or what your current hight and weight is, so it's hard to make an accurate judgement of whether you are underweight or should be losing weight or gaining some. I've been naturally skinny my whole life and had people accuse me of being anorexic, but they are usually outsiders - my family knows what I eat and that I am naturally thin. So if it's abnormal for you, maybe your Dad is noticing. Or, maybe he's just a concerned father and wants to make sure you are eating right. :)

It's sounds like your dad is just worried about you. You're lucky to have a father that loves you so much. Try to eat some meals with your dad so he can see that you are eating. Cut back on the exercise if your losing to much weight. Also anorexia is an eating disorder. People who suffer from it are not gross. They simply have an ailment they cannot control.

First off, people w/eating disorders aren't "gross"...they're sick and need help. Secondly, if you don't feel you need to lose weight, then why are you working out? You must look like you're not healthy and if your worrying your dad, then just make sure you eat in front of him.

start eating something around your dad-like actual food-that will make him change his mind. have dinner together, grab breakfast at home but make sure that he sees you. also, stop working out so much!!!!!!!!!work out 3 times a week maybe less if you are pettie and small in frame!

theres no need to work out if your already fit just eat around him and there really aint nothing wrong with a little weight if your working out to look good i recommend you gain some weight skin and bones isnt good looking
