Just run My Drivers and you may know what drivers all you need...

What I do is save a partition of the old drive. Then I use that when the new system looks for drivers. I start the search in the inf folder in the windows directory. You may need to change the attributes to make it visible. Windows XP will know most of the drivers such as MB etc.

they're on the computer, but you probably won't find them. Just goto the manufacturer's websites for the latest drivers for your hardware.

You'll Need:
Motherboard chipset (this could also include any drivers for onboard sound, LAN, video, raid, etc.)
Video drivers
printer drivers
pci sound drivers (soundblaster card)
any other add-in cards you may have

Also you'll need some software updates as well. Like:
Windows updates
Anti-virus updates
